Adjustable Weighted Training Vest
Your Bodyweight Stopped Being a Challenge
Push-ups got easy. Pull-ups plateaued. Your 5K time hasn't moved in months. The problem isn't effort — it's that your body already adapted to the only load you're giving it.

Why progress stalls
Muscle adapts to the demand you place on it. When that demand stops increasing, adaptation stops too. With a barbell you just add plates. With bodyweight training you run out of road — and most people respond by adding reps, which builds endurance, not strength.
A weighted vest solves this the same way plates do: it increases the load while the movement stays identical. Your squat is still a squat. It's just heavier.
Built to actually train in
Removable weight packets
Iron-sand packets come out individually, so you scale the load as you get stronger instead of buying a heavier vest.
Zero-bounce fit
Dual adjustable straps pull the vest tight to your torso. No slap on sprints, no shifting on box jumps.
Breathable interior
Moisture-wicking neoprene with airflow channels — it doesn't turn into a sauna twenty minutes in.
Even load distribution
Pockets spread across front and back so the weight sits on your frame, not on your lower back.
Reflective strips
Front and back detailing for early-morning and after-dark outdoor sessions.
600D Oxford shell
Reinforced nylon that survives being thrown in a gym bag five times a week.
A four-week on-ramp
Don't start with the full 18 lb. Build into it.
- Week 1 — AdaptationWear it for a 20-minute brisk walk, three times. Finish with three 30-second planks. Let your posture adjust to the load before you train under it.
- Week 2 — Strict strength3×8 squats, 3×5 push-ups, 3×10 walking lunges. Form first. If your shoulders round forward, drop a packet.
- Week 3 — Volume4×15 squats, 4×10 push-ups, 4×15 lunges, 3 sets of max pull-ups. This is where the vest starts paying you back.
- Week 4 — Conditioning15-minute AMRAP: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats. Same session you did unweighted a month ago — now it's a different animal.

Before you buy
Is 18 lb the right starting weight for me?
A common guideline is 5–10% of bodyweight to begin. At 180 lb that's roughly 9–18 lb — so start with about half the packets in and add the rest as you adapt.
Will it bounce when I run?
No. The dual-strap closure cinches the vest against your torso. If you feel movement, tighten the straps further before adding weight.
Can I do pull-ups and dips in it?
Yes — that's where a vest earns its keep. It adds load to calisthenics without needing a dip belt or a rack.
I have knee or lower-back issues. Should I use one?
Skip high-impact work (running, box jumps) with added load and speak to a physio first. Walking and static holds are the gentler entry point.
How do I clean it?
Remove every packet, hand wash the empty shell in cold water with mild soap, hang to dry. Never machine wash it.
Make your bodyweight heavier
