Order issues

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or video of the issue along with your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement right away.

Returns

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for the return. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — see our Refund Policy for full details.
