Professional Percussion Massage Gun
You Train Hard. You Just Don't Recover.
Tight shoulders from the desk. Quads that never quite loosen up. Stretching for five minutes and calling it recovery. The session isn't your problem — the 23 hours after it are.

Stretching alone doesn't reach it
Static stretching lengthens muscle. It does very little for the dense fascia and knotted trigger points that build up from heavy lifting, long runs, or sitting still for eight hours. That's why you can stretch every day and still feel bound up.
Percussion therapy works differently. Rapid, repeated strokes drive into the muscle belly, encouraging blood flow to the area and helping tight tissue release — the same principle behind the massage table, in a device that fits in your gym bag.
What's inside
12mm amplitude
Stroke depth that reaches the muscle belly, not just the surface. This is the number that separates real devices from toys.
Up to 3200 RPM
High-torque brushless motor that doesn't stall the moment you apply pressure.
45dB at full speed
Quieter than conversation. You can use it on the sofa without turning the TV up.
Six heads
Round, flat, fork, bullet, spade and thumb — each shaped for a different muscle group.
Up to 6 hours per charge
2500mAh lithium-ion. Charge it monthly, not nightly.
USB-C + carry case
Same cable as your phone. Case keeps the heads together instead of loose in a drawer.
How to actually use it
Most people switch it on, press hard, and hope. There's a better method.
- Before training — wake the muscle up15–30 seconds per muscle group, higher speed, quick sweeping passes. You're priming the nervous system, not relaxing it.
- After training — slow it right down90–120 seconds per group, lower speed, deliberate glides. Pause on tight spots for a few seconds, then keep moving.
- Pick the right headRound for quads and glutes. Fork for either side of the spine and the Achilles. Bullet for trigger points in the traps. Flat for general work.
- Know where not to goNever directly on the spine, bones, or joints. Stay on the muscle belly. Discomfort is fine; sharp pain means stop.

Before you buy
Can I use it every day?
Generally yes, keeping sessions to roughly 10–15 minutes total and no more than two minutes on any single spot.
Should it hurt?
It should feel like a deep stretch or firm pressure. Sharp or shooting pain means you're on a nerve, a joint, or pressing far too hard — ease off.
Can I use it on a pulled muscle?
Not directly on an acute strain or tear — that can make it worse. Work around the area and see a professional for anything that isn't settling.
Is it loud enough to annoy people?
At 45dB maximum it sits below normal conversation volume.
Can I take it on a plane?
The battery is within standard carry-on limits, so pack it in your hand luggage rather than checked baggage. Check your airline's current rules before flying.
Recover like the session mattered
