Athlete Compression Arm & Calf Sleeves
Heavy Legs by Mile Three
Shins that ache on every landing. Calves that feel like concrete the morning after. Arms that go dead in the fourth quarter. You don't need a week off — you need support while you're working.

What graduated compression actually does
These aren't tight for the sake of tight. Graduated compression is firmest at the far end of the limb and eases as it moves back toward the heart — a gradient that supports circulation in the direction blood is already trying to travel.
The second effect is mechanical: the sleeve holds the muscle steady, limiting the vibration that comes with every foot strike or hard landing. Runners tend to notice this one first.
The details that matter
20–30 mmHg graduated
The range used in genuine sports compression — firm and supportive without cutting off circulation.
Silicone grip hem
The band at the top that stops sleeves rolling down at mile four. Cheap sleeves skip this.
3D seamless knit
Knitted in the round, so there's no seam to rub a blister into your calf.
UPF 50+
Sun protection on long outdoor runs and rides without carrying sunscreen.
Moisture-wicking
85% nylon, 15% spandex. Pulls sweat off the skin instead of holding it.
Arms and calves together
Two pairs in one pack — most brands sell these separately at this price.
When to wear them
- During the sessionPut them on before you start. The stabilising effect only helps while the muscle is working.
- For a few hours afterThis is the window most people skip — and where a lot of the perceived benefit sits.
- On travel daysLong flights and drives leave legs heavy. Calf sleeves are an easy fix.
- Not overnightTake them off before bed. Wear them when there's a reason to, not around the clock.

Before you buy
How tight should they feel?
Snug and supportive, never painful. If they leave deep marks, numb your fingers or toes, or throb, they're too small.
How do I choose a size?
Measure the thickest part of your calf and your bicep, then check the sizing chart in the product images. Sizing on compression is by circumference, not shoe or shirt size.
Will they slide down when I run?
No — the silicone hem grips the skin. If they still move, the size is likely too large.
Are these good for shin splints?
Many runners find calf compression comfortable for shin splint support because it steadies the muscle and reduces vibration. It isn't a treatment — if pain persists, see a medical professional.
Can I sleep in them?
We don't recommend it. Wear them during activity and for a few hours afterwards.
